PRICES 

All of our prices include VAT at the current UK rate of 17.5%.  We publish a new price list of all of our products once every year, and try to avoid changes midway.  However, due to unforseen curcumstances, we sometimes are forced to amend prices without notice.  Please check prices when ordering, and we will order any prices quoted.

We welcome overseas orders.  Orders outside of the E.C. are VAT zero rated - please deduct 17.5% from the listed prices.  VAT at the British rate has to be included on all orders within the E.C.  Customers within Europe who are VAT registered can have the orders supplied VAT free, on supply of your VAT number.

DELIVERY, POSTAGE & PACKING

All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.  Due to the nature of the market and the large range we supply, there is sometimes a short delay in the despatch of orders.  Most orders are sent the same day, or within 1 working week.

If orders are urgent, or required by a certain date (such as gifts), please let us know this, and we will try our best to meet your requirements.

  All orders over £250 are sent carriage free (inland only).

  Track, rail and Track Ballast are charged at cost.

  Other orders under £250, please add 10% for postage and packing, up to a maximum of £8.00.

  Inland orders are sent by 24hr courier, requiring signed delivery, or smaller items, by Royal Mail 2nd Class post.

  Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail Air Service.  Postage costs on overseas orders are charged at cost.  We can quote postal costs upon requet.

Orders are usually sent in a single parcel, although rail and track may be packed separately.  Therefore, it is possible that such parcels may arrive at different occasions.
