ORDERING

We accept orders by telephone, fax, post and email.  We would not recommend sending credit card details via email, so if you wish to send the order requirements / address by email, please follow this up with a telephone call with your credit card details.

Calls outside of our normal working hours are catered for with a 24-hour answer phone.  Orders can be left on the answer phone at any time.  Please speak slowly, and clearly, leaving your name, daytime telephone number, address with postcode, the items you require and your credit card details, including expiry date.

Faxes may also be sent outside working hours.  Press your start button during the recorded message.

PAYMENT METHODS

We can accept cheques and most credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard, Switch and Connect.  Please make cheques payable to TENMILLE PRODUCTS.  We do not advise sending cash via the post, and if done so, is entirely at the customer's own risk.

Overseas customer can use credit card accounts, or cheques made out in Sterling, drawn at a British Bank.  European customers may also send Euro cheques.

FAULTY GOODS, MISSING PARTS, DAMAGED ITEMS

Every effort is made to ensure that the quality of our goods are suitable for their intended purposes.  However, genuine errors are made.  Goods will be replaced if faulty, or if faults occur within a reasonable period, provided the goods have not been modified, tampered with, or not used for their intended purpose.

Please check the contents of your order upon receipt, and notify us as soon as possible if you have any issues.  Every effort will be made to send replacement or missing parts.

We reserve the right to inspect apparent faulty goods, by requesting that they are returned to us.  Postal charges will be re-funded if justified.

Despite our efforts to properly package every parcel, occasionally goods are damaged in transit.  Again, notify us immediately.  Important: Please do not sign for a parcel until you have inspected the contents.  We cannot claim for damaged goods if you sign to say they were received in good condition.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We normally keep all items in stock at all times, or raw materials for immediate manufacture.  However, sometimes items become out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances, or late delivery by our suppliers. 

We will make every effort to notify our customers of any problems and allow changes to an in-stock item, if preferred.  Normally, out of stock orders will be held on back order until available.
